shop. We have steaks, summer sausage, ground meat
& other various cuts of meat for sale. Longhorn
meat is leaner than other breeds, making it a healthier
dining option. In fact, Longhorn meat has less
cholesterol and calories than chicken. Don't take
our word for it, plan on trying this delicious meat on
your next visit to the ranch.
